Mmm!

This is just...so....sexy....
I'll tell you what I DO wanna hear. And that, my friend, would be an all acoustic version of this song. Well done! Keep it up!!

Lundsfryd responds:

You are not the first person to say that. It seems that people are put a bit off when the distorted guitar sets in. Perhaps we will do that sometime. Thanks :)

Yes.

Just.... Just yes.

AttackTh3Radical responds:

Yes.

Okay, start with the negatives, end with the positives.
The time signature changes are wonderful, but I feel that they are too... recurring. With a piece like this, you can only change it a certain number of times. Its difficult to appreciate them if they're happening all the time throughout the song.

Positive: Love the strings and drums complementing the piano in the background. They make the song mysterious, and draw curiosity out of the listener. I can't get enough of it. Got it on repeat right now. All in all, wonderful piece. Keep it up. 5/5, 9/10

All good things to note in your comments. I'll keep them in mind. ;-)

Thanks for the review.

Hail Detroit!!

Awesome song. Love the harmonica playing. Those low notes got a smooth growl to it (...if that makes any sense.) giving the song some attitude. Nice guitar licks at the end as well. Great song, keepit up! And HELL YES TO DETROIT!!!

BloodFest responds:

Hell yeah Detroit, where the boogie was born!
Thanks for checking out, I really appreciate your comments.

Cheers

Now THIS is blues!

Sounds like you got a little bit of Hendrix in your voice!
Anyways, besides your brother's phenomenal guitar playing, what makes this song great is that he didn't just play it, he put heart into it. Its not a blues song if you don't play with your heart, and thats just what he did. Great song! Keep it up!

joeymofo responds:

Thanks for the wicked review.

Wow!

Wonderful! Loved the compliments between the trumpet and sax. And the kaval gave a wonderful "exotic" touch to it, like you said. Lovely beat. Its got a nice bossa nova feel to it. Keep it up! 5/5.

sorohanro responds:

Thanx for review.
This is one of my best tracks (as I see it) for now :)

Smooth.

Now this is my kind of funk. Nice and mellow. The keyboard solo was great. Not too much complexity, fits in perfect with the beat. I see where you're coming from with the title. Starting out real simple, then as you built it up, it was was if you're putting more theory into it, If you understand what I'm trying to get at, xD. And the quick breakdown near the end, that was just sexy. xD Great job man keep it up!

ChrisisD responds:

You got it right! The whole way through! The title and stuff, awesome to hear that!! :P Nothing special indeed, but just a nice beat, like you said. Thanks for listening!!
Greets, Chris

Nice

You guitar playing is phenominal. Some badass riffs and a nice solo. But as it was stated in earlier comments, it is kind of repetitive. You could do so much more with this piece with talent like yours. Just add a couple more riffs and make them short and sweet. Nice work!

Foxycow responds:

Hey thanks man i really appreciate the coments....and when i first recorded this i just wanted to get the idea recorded and what not....but i am working on making it more intricate than just 2 riffs haha....but yeah vocals and everyhing.....maybe even 2 guitar parts even but im really working this one out. Thanks again and KEEP LISTENING!!!!!
